New on mvyradio: Joe Henry

Joe Henry is probably better known as a producer these days, helping a host of MVY-type artists (Bonnie Raitt, Bettye Lavette, Aimee Mann) make incredible albums.  But he's an amazing songwriter in his own right, with a dozen-plus records to his name.  Keep an ear out for "Lead Me On" featuring Lisa Hannigan.

Uncharted Waters: Inside Llewyn Davis

Will it be the next "O Brother Where Art Thou?"

The players are the same:  Joel Coen, Ethan Coen and T Bone Burnett.

Add in Marcus Mumford and Justin Timberlake, as well as a raft of 60s folk nuggets, and something's happening here.

The soundtrack to "Inside Llewyn Davis" is featured on this week's Uncharted Waters, along with new cuts from Bonnie Raitt, Vienna Teng, Houndmouth, The Devil Makes 3 and Los Lobos.
