mvyradio: Laurel's decision; Jess on mornings

0comments
Laurel Redington is recovering from her car accident.  On Tuesday, she came on the air to talk about her future at mvyradio.

After 8 years, Laurel has officially decided to leave the morning slot.  She'll still work for MVY and will be producing many Community Related features.  She'll continue to do her Morning Toast.  And she'll be the "Station Voice," do the work of all our recorded underwriting.

Jess Phaneuf, who's been filling in on mornings, will move there permanently.

Congratulations to both of them, for all their good work.

Robert Plant returns, backed by many of the folks who were playing with him outside of the Alison Krauss and Band Of Joy projects.

Why would he ever entertain a Zeppelin reunion, when he can continue to explore his muse and his music like this?  Listen for "Rainbow" on mvyradio.
